This hotel presents true swiss charm. rooms had comfortable features. the location proved really good. i found the staff helpful. They assisted with every request quickly. they also made dinner reservations for me. the complimentary transit passes were appreciated!!!
the breakfast price seemed somewhat high.

the hotel is situated in a historic hilltop area. it is conveniently close to various shops. many restaurants are within easy walking distance. the lake is also quite accessible, just a short walk away.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and accommodation at every turn. they printed out boarding passes for me. directions to local attractions and public transportation were excellent!!!

the breakfast was really fantastic replenishment was ongoing. i found the room to be clean and the bed comfy. the air conditioning functioned well. the location was central within the old town near the center.

the staff was generally helpful with directions.
i was frustrated because the breakfast was not included and the price to add it was frankly ridiculous (i expect more for the price i paid).
